A family full of bluegrass pickers and an unwavering interest in rock and roll make for a dangerous combination. Such was the young life of Jordan Tyler Haynes. After picking up a guitar at the age of twelve, Jordan knew he was on a course that even the greatest of storms could not alter. His early dreams of being a sideman and studio player proved too small, as Jordan found his own voice somewhere between the narratives of John Prine and the disarray of Jimi Hendrix. Pouring sorrow from the mouth and anger from the hands has become the cornerstone of Jordan Tyler Haynes’s career, and he continues to bring that to the table in each studio session, and every single live performance.

Traveling in any arrangement, from a heavy handed trio to a well-orchestrated, seven-piece, rock and roll outfit, The Kitchen Choir strives to elevate your expectations of how raw, powerful, and captivating a live performance can be.
